Story of Khaelou

Khaelou is an indie game studio founded by My-khael Pierce, a 23-year-old Georgia native with a background in computer programming and graphical design. My-khael's passion for creating new game experiences and software led him to establish Khaelou in 2021. The studio's initial projects, Leap Buoy, Aero Out, and Magic 8 Simulator, are fun and challenging mobile games designed with a kid-friendly audience in mind. My-khael designed and implemented all the assets for these games, which were released June 2021.

Before starting Khaelou, My-khael gained valuable knowledge and connections in the tech industry through his work shipping a mobile app in Las Vegas with a former business partner. He also has experience in the mobile gaming industry, having developed and released a mobile game called 'Little Buoy' in 2017. This 2D game, developed using Unity 3D and C#, was inspired by Flappy Bird and Adobe Flash games which later earned My-khael a substantial amount in advertisement revenue at age 17.

Prior to developing games under any entity, My-khael is a 2x nominated Science & Technology leader by Harvard & NASA with Astronaut Buzz Aldrin notarizing such nominations. Pierce also won 1st place consecutively for Game Design in Georgia's State Technology competition, alerting institutions such as Georgia Tech prior to his departure for college studies. Consequently, My-khael is heavily inspired by the success of his older cousin, American rapper; "Lil Baby". The brand's logo is influenced by the favorite color of My-khael's mother, which features points representing all four sons of his mother (T4).
